You’ll be the welcoming face of Villani Jewellers and play an important part in both jewellery sales and jewellery design. The ideal person will be warm, personable, and excited to guide clients through their journey with us — whether it’s finding the perfect engagement ring, remodelling a treasured heirloom, or choosing a special gift from our ready to wear collection. Every day, we help our clients to repair and restore their treasured items, celebrate milestones with pieces that are designed and made to be treasured for a lifetime. From custom design consultations to carefully curated collections, our focus is on exceptional service, craftsmanship, and genuine connection. The Role You’ll be the welcoming face of Villani Jewellers and play an important part in both sales and design. Your role will include: Greeting clients and creating a warm, memorable first impression Guiding clients through various consultations Bespoke design consultations Engagement and Wedding Ring consultations Gemstone viewing consultations Insurance Claim consultations Preparing sales documents and liaising with our jewellers on client projects Keeping our boutique beautifully presented and inviting Managing calls, emails, bookings, and POS transactions Skills & Experience Strong sales or client service experience, ideally in jewellery or luxury goods Excellent people skills and a genuine passion for helping clients Organised, detail-oriented, and confident with multitasking Professional personal presentation with a polished yet approachable manner Computer literacy, including POS and social media platforms A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach Desirable (Not Mandatory) Skills Experience in jewellery, gemstones, or design (sketching/CAD is a bonus) Creative flair for photography, video, or social media Marketing or storytelling skills to engage clients A background in luxury retail or personalised service Additional Requirements As trust and integrity are at the heart of our business, a police report will be required prior to commencement.
