Your Role as a Student Wellbeing Facilitator in AQ School As our Student Wellbeing Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting student attendance and engagement through a multi-tiered system of supports. You’ll work collaboratively with students, families, school staff, and external stakeholders to reduce barriers to attendance and learning and promote positive wellbeing outcomes. This role requires a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work or Education, including registration to the relevant association. Your day may include: Deliver universal, targeted, and individualised wellbeing support to students. Collaborate with the school team, families, and external professionals to address attendance and engagement challenges. Build strong, consultative relationships with all stakeholders to support planning and decision-making. Maintain accurate records and prepare timely reports. Ensure effective, confidential communication regarding student wellbeing. Provide training and information to the school community on topics such as Mental Health First Aid, ESafety, School attendance and Health promotion Actively participate in relevant community and professional networks. Please note this is a fixed term role for term 4 of the 2025 school year with the possibility of extension to 2026.
