This agency works with a lot of NFP clients but also works with major clients in other sectors across Australia. They are looking for a Senior Event Producer to join their growing team. Position Terms:Full-time permanent role; hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 from officeSalary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus super The Role: The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of events and experiential projects on time and within budget. The Senior Event Producer is responsible for developing creative, developing budgets and schedules, monitoring those budgets and schedules during the project life cycle, managing third party suppliers, managing resource allocation, and ensuring smooth delivery onsite. Key Responsibilities include;Provide leadership for the team and clients Lead the team in the task of developing and implementing projects Work with the team to brainstorm ideas and developing creative conceptsPrepare concept proposals including researching and presentationsManage visualisation of concepts by briefing designersManage and/or prepare internal and external written briefingsHandle all client liaisonTimeline and milestone planningWrite and manage run sheets, bump in and bump out schedulesLead liaison and coordination for all third party suppliersLead liaison and coordination with procution and build teams Lead project budgetingManage day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budgetDevelop and manage all production schedules, specifications, and budgets for assigned jobsNational and international travel to plan for and deliver live projectsProduce detailed OH&S plans and risk assessments as requiredEnsure all legal/contractual obligations are met with both clients and suppliers on all projectsSupply schedule, budget, assumptions, and scope considerations for all production elementsWrite and present debrief and wrap up The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Producer or Senior Producer within an Events Agency. Experience managing clients, managing internal teams and managing project is essential for this role.
