Training Support Coordinator 12 month Secondment Opportunity All mainline bases considered Hybrid arrangement to also include working from home As a Training Support Coordinator you will join a small but effective and dedicated team who excel at providing a high level of administrative and regulatory support to the Training and Standards team. What you’ll be doing Assist with maintaining and auditing training documentation and records in accordance with regulatory, VAGP, security and confidentiality requirements Monitor email inboxes and distribution lists associated with Training and Standards Management, team members and support services Produce, manage and maintain meeting agendas, minutes and records for the team Assist the team with the production, distribution and management of departmental and training-related documentation Support the Training and Standards Management team in internal and external audits for company or regulatory compliance Maintain and review existing administrative processes and procedures, and create new Work Instructions as required to cover all processes applicable to the role Process allowance claims for contracted training staff Liaise with CASA Licensing and Registrations Centre, as required Monitor, coordinate and revalidate CASA-issued Instruments held by the Flight Crew and Check and Training Personnel Support electronic learning tools and assessment platforms used by the crew, including Pelesys and V-Learn Assist with the building, loading and management of courses and exams into the Pelesys LMS to support initial and recurrent crew training and development Monitor and track crew enrolments and removals from scheduled training courses and/or exams, and cross-reference these with the attendance or grading records required to support training events Validate training services performed; reconcile invoices for training-related expenses; raise and receipt purchase orders for the Training and Standards department Assist the Training and Standards Management team by responding to internal and external customer requests within a reasonable timeframe You’ll be great in this role if you possess the following … A strong knowledge of Cabin and/or Flight Crew training, rostering and qualifications requirements Prior knowledge of Pelesys, Sabre AirCrews, Excel, Outlook and other VA technology platforms Experience in a regulatory environment Previous project work experience Knowledge of technical and non-technical training requirements and an understanding of safety, quality and training processes.
