We have opportunities for Enrolled Nurse working in our aged care facility in Shepparton, you’ll be a key part of our clinical care team, delivering person-centered support for our facility in Regional Victoria, enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality clinical care and support in line with individual care plans. Administer medications safely and accurately under scope of practice. Observe and document residents’ health, behaviour, and responses to care. Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and families. Build positive, respectful relationships with residents that promote trust and comfort. Support daily living activities while promoting independence and choice. The Successful Candidate will have the following experience and skills: Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA. 2-3 years of experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care environment will be highly desirable. A passion for aged care and improving the lives of older Australians. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
