We are looking for an experienced LCMS and GCMS specialist to join our chromatography team as Senior Analytical Chemist providing routine analyses as well as method development. The lab provides workplace and biological monitoring chemical analytical services to occupational hygienists and medical professionals to determine chemical exposure levels in workplaces. Use your qualifications and experience to provide complex chemical analysis of chemicals and substances used in workplaces using chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis to meet the laboratory’s quality control, NATA accreditation requirements and customer needs. About you Relevant tertiary qualifications High level expertise in chromatography with demonstrated experience in LCMS and/or GCMS method development, preferably in a routine testing environment. A strong track record in working with short turnaround times while handling competing priorities The ability to quickly learn new techniques. The ability to conduct R&D, literature research, contribute to investigations and provide training and support to the lab as required Experience with laboratory QC and NATA ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements.
