Our team holds expertise across naval architecture, marine engineering, systems engineering, integrated logistics support, engineering consulting and acquisition program management. Your New Role and Responsibilities As a Configuration Manager you will be responsible for technical assurance processes, and provide strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure alignment and delivery of critical outcomes. Perform complex technical configuration activities and associated tasks working to agreed priorities and outcomes Provide advice on, develop and implement data and configuration management processes Prepare data and configuration management plans Develop and maintain databases (such as CMT -U and AMPs) Access technical packages including scoping, planning and reviewing of packages and provide recommendations for consideration What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills Strong experience in configuration management within Defence, government, or professional services with a strong track record in managing configuration processes In-depth understanding of Defence operations and processes, especially maritime systems and programs Experience with the Defence Service Management System, including its use in configuration management Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application .
