Your Next Challenge Drive asset readiness, optimisation, and technical support across high-volume equipment and new site launches. We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Asset Operations Manager to join our Geraldton team . Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our assets are delivered, commissioned, and optimised to support safe and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on-site, and can confidently manage technical challenges, vendor relationships, and equipment lifecycle planning. What you’ll do Lead the delivery, commissioning, and readiness of high-volume assets and new equipment Support new site start-ups, ensuring operational and maintenance strategies are executed effectively Conduct on-site inspections to verify equipment is fit-for-purpose and aligned with specifications Coordinate the decommissioning and resale of old assets Execute equipment optimisation projects with regular site presence and progress monitoring.
