About the role We are seeking an experienced mechanic to join the team with the chance to grow into a more senior role in the future for the right candidate. General maintenance and repairs, pink slips, nothing too involved. Escape corporate dealership world and join a modern, fun business that treats it's employees like family Duties Perform general servicing and repairs on a wide range of light vehicles, including fleet and hire cars. Conduct registration inspections (pink slips) and ensure compliance with roadworthy standards. Carry out light diagnostics and fault finding as required Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and workshop documentation. Support the growth of the workshop, stepping into supervisory or management duties as the team expands. Keep the workshop clean, safe, and fully compliant with WHS standards. Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality workmanship. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture, supporting the family-like environment of the workshop Skills and experience Qualified mechanic with Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent). Inspection ticket or willingness to obtain Minimum 2 years’ post-apprenticeship experience; ex-dealership background advantageous. Strong technical knowledge, organisation, and time management skills. Easy-going, positive, and team-oriented attitude Australian citizen or permanent resident (no visa holders at this stage). Driver’s licence required.
