We are looking for Glassies, Bar Backs & Drink Waiters to support our Bars and keep our floors clean at The Biggest and Best Hotel In Australia! . You’ll assist bar attendants with opening and closing procedures and learn entry level hospitaly, if you excel you will be asked to join our team of bar attendants .
No experience required / we will train you.
Duties Include:
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Collecting all the empty glasses and bottles from the customers' tables and returning them to the bar in a timely fashion.
- Clearing dirty plates and cutlery from customers' tables and returning them to kitchen dish areas.
- Making sure that bartenders have everything they need (like glasses, garnishes, stocked fridges, changing kegs) at all times.
- Loading glasswashers and polishing glassware
- Restocking glassware on the bar
- Sweeping/Mopping spillages and breakages on the floor
- Wiping down tables and the bar
- Refilling ice wells
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel
