With a strong track record of delivering successful projects, creating legacy communities, the business is now seeking an experienced and commercially astute Acquisitions Professional to support the sourcing and securing of new land development opportunities across SEQ and Northern NSW. About the Role Working in close partnership with, and taking clear direction from, Executive Leadership, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new land sites — with a particular focus on off-market opportunities. This hands-on position involves extensive vendor engagement and deal negotiation, with some level of financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new land opportunities, with a focus on SEQ Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and consultants Conduct site evaluations and some level of feasibility assessments Present commercial recommendations to ownership Manage/help manage the negotiation process through to successful acquisition About You You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in land acquisition. Your understanding of the South East Queensland market, combined with strong industry relationships and commercial insight, positions you to make immediate impact. Your major strength will be vendor/landowner relationships and negotiation.
