They specialise in high-end structural landscaping, hardscaping, and complete garden transformations – from excavation and retaining walls through to planting and ongoing garden maintenance. The Role They are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join their growing team. This role will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a strong background in landscaping or garden maintenance, and is ready to step up into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field staff on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Carry out hands-on landscaping and maintenance tasks, including structural landscaping, excavation, retaining walls, stormwater drainage installations, paving, concreting, fencing, timber works such as pergolas and privacy screens, planting, pruning, turfing, and general garden care (although general garden care and related skills are much less important to them than the structural side of things.) Read and interpret plans, drawings, and job specifications Operate tools, machinery, and equipment confidently and safely Communicate with management, clients, and subcontractors as required Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to company standards Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in structural landscaping Structural landscaping: excavation, retaining walls, stormwater drainage installations, paving, concreting, fencing, timber works such as pergolas and privacy screens Previous experience in a team leader or senior role highly regarded Competence with machinery, tools, and power equipment White Card essential, driver’s licence required Cert III in Structural Landscape Construction or equivalent What They Offer Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to work on a wide range of structural and maintenance projects Supportive and fun team environment with career progression opportunities Work with an award-winning business known for quality and professionalism If this sounds like something you're looking for, please hit 'apply' and send your resume.
