BE part of the solution We have a new opportunity for a Process Advisor, who will support the development, documentation and monitoring of key business processes across the design, construction, operation and in house manufacturing of remote renewable off-grid power stations and equipment. BE part of the change To be part of this change this role will BE required to: Workflow Mapping & Analysis by facilitating end-to-end workflow workshops with stakeholders to capture current state processes. Workflow Documentation & Maintenance by drafting and updating workflow diagrams, SOPs, and work instructions aligned to ISO requirements. Workflow Optimisation Support by collaborating with Continuous Improvement specialists to translate workflow insights into improvements. Performance Tracking & Reporting by collecting workflow performance metrics from operational teams. Stakeholder Collaboration by engaging with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, and corporate functions to verify workflow accuracy and feasibility.
