Coaching a field team who provide simplified, purposeful insights to our Field Operations & Store teams. Liaising with contractors delivering excellence through service & performance KPI’s. Championing continual improvement and detailed delivery – at every opportunity – building on all that we do today as the leading national convenience retailer. About you Proven significant experience leading facilities management at a national or enterprise scale. Proven management and delivery of a significant facilities budget. Adept at problem solving, excellent at solution design and stakeholder engagement. Track record of driving team member capability & overall performance Passionate about operational excellence and customer experience. A strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyse, and navigate a complex environment. Influencer of a high-performance and psychologically safe team environment. Deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs. Experience within Fuel, Food or Convenience sector would be preferred but not essential.
