About The Role Accurately manage and process medical request forms to ensure smooth operations and fast turnaround times. Be the friendly face and voice for client phone inquiries, offering top-notch customer service with every call. Handle everything from labelling and centrifugation to aliquoting and storage, ensuring specimens are ready for analysis. Operate cutting-edge pre-analytical processing equipment and stay on top of the latest lab technologies. Assist with lab housekeeping, maintenance, and courier duties—delivering blood products and picking up specimens across the hospital. About You Proven qualifications and/or hands-on experience in a relevant area of pathology, offering a strong foundation of both knowledge and practical skills for the role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and smooth interactions with clients. A customer service-oriented professional, skilled in delivering a positive and professional experience, with excellent telephone etiquette. Strong data entry capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
