Job Description About the Role As a Manager, you’ll lead client engagements and provide expert tax advice, compliance support, and strategic insights. You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our advisory practice. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types. Deliver tax advice across a range of complex matters. Prepare and review Business Activity Statements (BAS). Manage compliance with Division 7A and trust distribution requirements. Advise on tax implications for various structures including companies, trusts, partnerships, and corporate groups. Support general business advisory services where relevant. Stay current with Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes. About You Proven experience in Australian business tax advisory. Strong technical knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements. Proven experience across financial statement preparation, tax returns, BAS, Division 7A, and trust distributions. Familiarity with a wide range of entity structures and corporate groups. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements.
