Urgent requirement of PSA Engineer - Generation - Contract - Sydney Requirements Must have 5 years of experience in Power system applications – Generation, Automatic Generation Control, Load Frequency Control, Load Forecasting, Economic Dispatch, Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency analysis, Operator Training Simulator Hands-on expertise preferably on GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21) and/or AEMS/GDC Platform Software, as well as EMS of any equivalent platforms from Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider etc Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating environments Experience with communication protocols: IEC 60870-5-101/104, DNP3, Modbus, ICCP, OPC Experience of working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server Experience in programming languages for system integration or scripting, such as C, C++, PERL, or similar SQL, shell scripting, and ability to read and interpret logs and debug files Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills Very Good Communication Skills Duration: 6 Months and possible extension Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only Email: jobs@hasthasolutions.com
