Your opportunity To coordinate all direct report site employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programmes and schedules Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations; Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards Ensuring accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes Our minimum requirements for this role are: Minimum 8 years site experience with a minimum1 year experience as a leading hand Managed self and resources to deliver work to $10M Applying principles of construction to deliver works in accordance with scope of works technical criteria (SWTC) Demonstrated commercial experience includes planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability Conduct own work and teams according to site SHEQ The Project The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Redevelopment project involves the design and construction of new state-of-the-art hospital facilities to meet the growing healthcare needs of Western Sydney. The project includes a new hospital tower, expanded emergency services, and enhanced clinical spaces.
