The Role Because of you, Australian patients will benefit from innovative therapies that positively impact their lives and those around them. As the Associate Brand Manager based in Sydney, you’ll support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing brand strategies, managing omnichannel marketing campaigns, and supporting pipeline management. This newly created position offers significant exposure to strategic brand planning, cross-functional collaboration, and global projects within a lean, agile environment. Key Responsibilities include: Support the execution of brand and marketing strategies across multiple channels Manage marketing administration and compliance tasks, including: Promo material management within Veeva PromoMats, approvals, filing, and audit readiness Material management across creative development, warehouse stock levels, and lifecycle tracking Agency coordination – managing creative agencies to deliver compliant, on-brand marketing assets Budget reconciliation and financial tracking Serve as a point of contact for the Sales team, coordinating requests and updates Assist in product launch preparation and lifecycle initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Medical Affairs, and global marketing teams Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI Support or lead on the organisation and execution of conferences and congresses Skills & Experience Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales (e.g. Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Associate, or Hybrid/Hospital Representative with marketing exposure) Experience in healthcare, pharma, or agency environment supporting pharma clients Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License with ability to travel as required Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Understanding of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills Degree in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, or Business How to Apply Click apply or contact Duncan Grant, Senior Recruitment Consultant , on 02 8877 8765 or via dgrant@hpgconnect.com for a confidential discussion.
