The Opportunity This role offers a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance across high-speed manufacturing environments. You’ll ensure equipment uptime, assist with installations and commissioning of new technology, and collaborate with clients to optimise plant performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown response on production machinery Install, commission, and service electrical systems, sensors, conveyors, and VSDs Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency Complete safety inspections, risk assessments, and technical reports Support production and engineering teams to achieve operational targets About You Current A Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory) Solid background in industrial or manufacturing environments Hazardous Area Classification Certificate would be advantageous Experience across FMCG, Packaging, Pharma, or Energy sectors is highly valued Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across automation and control systems Strong communication and teamwork skills with a safety-first mindset What’s on Offer $121,000 – $132,000 incl. super penalties Fully maintained company vehicle (fuel and servicing provided) Additional call-out and penalty rates Rostered Days Off (RDOs) to support work-life balance Secure role within a respected and growing industry leader Why Join?
