Key Responsibilities Own the technical strategy and ensure alignment with business growth. Modernise and scale the Ruby on Rails backend, addressing technical debt. Requirements Candidate Profile Proven success as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technical leader . Expertise in scaling SaaS platforms ; edtech or healthtech experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with Medicaid claims billing or compliance‑driven systems is a plus. Hands‑on technical depth in Ruby on Rails, Flutter, React, and cloud infrastructure.
