Due to the increasing demand and the expansion of our remedial building division we are seeking to add another Leading Hand / Working Foreman to our building team. The position will involve general running of mostly strata property work sites with hands-on work involvement, coordination of different trades, maintaining work quality and reporting to Remedial Project Manager. Candidates will have: Previous strata remedial building repair experience will be favourable Experience on construction sites will be favourable Experience or knowledge of waterproofing will be favourable Strong understanding of general building knowledge Some knowledge of general painting will be favourable Having existing sub-contractor trades contacts will be favourable Good communication skills Good organisational and time management skills Ability to problem solve and a level-headed attitude Friendly and well presented Valid NSW Drivers Licence Remuneration package: New candidate base salary $90-$110K (based on experience) plus super Car allowance or company vehicle provided Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a meeting with the Remedial Dept. head and Managing Director.
