This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Tracking the incoming calls. · contacting regained clients and major accounts that book jobs daily, to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. · Identifying and resolving any potential service issues before they impact our clients and ensuring that all clients are informed of any delivery issues or delays. · Following up on any service issues by liaising between the client, sub-contractors and relevant departments.
