About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales team. This role sits at the heart of our business; empowering both our direct sales team and channel partners to succeed.You’ll partner closely with Account Managers, Channel Managers, Marketing, and Product to:Build tailored sales resources and campaigns that win business.Drive outbound marketing activity alongside our sales teams.Facilitate seamless onboarding of channel partners.Use data and insights to pinpoint sales opportunities and improve conversion.This is a highly collaborative role for someone who loves working across teams, has a flair for marketing, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll DoWork one-on-one with our account managers to design campaigns and account-based activities.Develop enablement resources playbooks, pitch decks, scripts, and competitive intel.Coordinate with Marketing on product launches and campaigns to ensure sales are “ready to sell”.Partner with Channel Managers to onboard and train new partners.Analyse sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and measure ROI on enablement.Work with developing AI tools under developmentWhat You’ll BringProven experience in sales enablement, operations, or training (ideally telco, SaaS, or B2B).A strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, UPilot) and how to use data to drive sales.Experience supporting direct and indirect sales channels.Excellent facilitation, project management, and communication skills.A marketing mindset with the creativity to turn campaigns into sales wins.Experience or interest in developing AI tools and processes; focusing on lead generation and identifying upsell and cross selling opportunities within existing portfolios.
