About The Role This position is responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities in alignment with the strategy and direction set by the marketing team. It involves coordinating campaign logistics, managing digital and print assets, assisting with reporting, and ensuring timely delivery across channels. The role also includes providing hands-on support with event management and facilitation, helping to ensure smooth execution and a consistent brand experience throughout. Tasks And Responsibilities Assist in the planning and delivery of national events and sponsorships, including logistics coordination, stakeholder communication, and on-site support.Manage merchandise operations, including stock monitoring, supplier coordination, and distribution.Provide marketing administrative support, including processing invoices and tracking expenditure in line with approved budgets and guidance from the Marketing Manager.Contribute to brand governance by promoting the use of approved tools and templates, reviewing materials for compliance, and supporting the development of brand processes.Support the coordination and delivery of marketing task requests from across the business, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with priorities and guidance.Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing automation and CRM activities, ensuring timely delivery of communications, data integrity, and alignment with campaign objectives.
