About the role Exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at City Toyota in Northbridge, WA. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process. What you'll be doing Greet and engage with customers, understanding their needs and expectations Inspect vehicles and provide accurate cost estimates for required repairs Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and repair work Proactively identify any additional services or parts customers may require Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Support the broader sales and aftersales team as needed What we're looking for Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role Strong technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Familiarity with Toyota products and services is highly desirable What we offer At City Toyota, we are committed to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
