We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Casual Education Support Staff to join our Student Services team. This role is instrumental in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students with additional learning needs. About the Role Support classroom teachers and Additional Needs Coordinators in delivering learning programs Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce concepts and facilitate progress Assist with the implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) Provide support for students with disabilities, including personal care and mobility Supervise students during classes, recess, excursions, and school events Maintain records, document student progress, and attend staff and support meetings Collaborate respectfully with internal stakeholders including teachers, speech pathologists, and leadership staff ✅ What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Education Support (or relevant experience in a school setting) Strong knowledge of child safety policies and mandatory reporting Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work under direction Current Working with Children Check Commitment to upholding Ilim College’s values: Respect, Integrity, Empathy, Commitment, and Excellence Why Join Us?
