Bar Manager - Casual (20 - 30 hours per week) We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team on a casual basis, working approximately 25 - 30 hours per week. Weekend and night availability is essential as you will be managing our bar during peak hours. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing bar operations, including cash management and inventory control. - Managing food service operations, ensuring timely and quality service. - Leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service. - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. - Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries. Requirements: - Previous experience in bar and food service management. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work nights and weekends. - Proficiency in cash handling, POS systems, and food service protocols. - RSA competency certification.
