The Opportunity: We are excited to announce we have Casual Production Operators Operator positions available within our production team with SPC in Auburn NSW. These roles are a fantastic opportunity for operators to join a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real impact. Applicants must be available to work Monday through to Friday. Daily Duties and Responsibilities Include – Production Start-up: Clean, sanitise & inspect production lines and equipment’s as per Team Lead instructions Liaise with Line Leader for the line set up prior production start ups Coordinate with the Line Leader to ensure productivity is maintained and that best practice is always followed Kitchen, Assembly & Packing: Assist in ingredients preparations General Kitchen hand, ingredients count and inventory controller Assemble meal components on the line Pack completed meal into cartons and boxes General cleaning duties in the factory Clean Down Process: Disassemble and assemble line equipment’s Wash down, (CIP) Cleaning in Place and (COP) Cleaning Out of Place of processing equipment’s Clean, Sanitise and set up line equipment’s Set up production line for the next day production Obligations (including Safety, Quality and Food Safety): Compliance with all Company Procedures and Policies. Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Personal Hygiene Policy Notify Team Leader when incidents such as Safety, Quality & Food Safety, or other incidents. Attend Food Safety, Quality and Safety or any other training as required. Conduct all activities in accordance with the Quality, Food Safety, Safety & Environmental Management System Carry out other duties as required.
