McHaffie Transport Australia is expanding and we are looking for a Dispatch & Receivals clerk to come on board at our Welshpool depot to grow with us. About the role This entry - intermediate level role in transport/ freight receivals is a great way to start your career in freight management. It is ideal for someone looking for a hands on office role whilst having the freedom to get out of the office and be actively learning the ins and outs of general freight transport. Key duties will include but not will not be limited to Receiving in freight from our clients Booking in freight collections Unloading/ loading freight using a forklift Responding to emails from clients Ensuring freight paperwork and manifests are ready for goods being transported to our Northwest depot Using Microsoft Copilot apps for day to day duties Key attributes needed Happy and outgoing attitude Willingness to learn Intermediate computer skills LF Forklift licence C Class licence Reliable transport Ability to pass pre employment and random Drug and alcohol tests Available to work late on Alternating Tuesday and Friday nights This is a fulltime role Monday - Friday with room to grow and advance your career in transport.
