About The Role As the Territory Sales Manager for Develon Compact Equipment at Our client you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its presence in the compact equipment market across your designated territory. This full-time position is based in Sydney NSW. What You'll Be Doing Developing and executing effective sales strategies to grow market share in your territoryBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customersIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities, includingProviding technical expertise and product demonstrations to customersCollaborating with the marketing team to create engaging sales collateral and campaignsMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt sales tactics accordinglyAccurately forecasting sales and achieving individual and team sales targetsProviding feedback to the product management team to support continuous improvement What We're Looking For Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role within the machinery/equipment industry, preferably in the capital sales segmentExperience in the Earthmoving, Civil and building Industry would be advantageousExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levelsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close salesProficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) toolsWillingness to travel within your designated territory as required
