Duties As a Pick Packer you will be based out of the Burleigh Heads depot, this role is site based on the Gold Coast and you will be required to Work Monday – Friday on a casual basis starting at 6am and working until 2pm and your duties will involve – Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets Ensure accurate picking of stock Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes Label packages accurately with shipping information Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) that are in place to ensure operational efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area.
