This role is essential in delivering effective and accurate schedule coordination of client services and will be responsible for the coordination of staff resources to provide quality services within the community. The Role and you: A strong understanding of contemporary community scheduling and/or rostering practices. Experience coordinating a team of frontline community workers in a dynamic work environment as well as developing and fostering a positive team culture. Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, excel spread sheets, calendar management and experience using the rostering tool AlayaCare (or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, their families, care staff and business acquaintances. Effective relationship building skills with clients and care staff. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure in a busy work environment. Ability to work independently and problem solve issues related to any part of the role. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. A passion for working in Aged Care and genuine care and respect for older people.
