In-house Commercial Property Lawyer Our client has grown considerably, developing a reputation for commitment and quality and providing personalised, bespoke service to our well-respected clients across its property and commercial practice areas. Our client is seeking an intelligent and well-organised lawyer to join a high performing legal team. You will work with a group of experienced in-house lawyers who are all friendly and easy to work with. We are seeking someone with: 2-4 years PQE Experience working on property transactions, including commercial property leasing, acquisitions and disposals. Ideally, you will have experience handling an extensive commercial leasing portfolio. Training gained working at a top-tier, mid-tier or specialist property law firm or well regarded in-house team. Prior in-house experience is desirable but not essential. Must have a friendly and energetic personality and a good sense of humour. a mix of litigation as well as property and commercial transactions; research case law, legislation, and court rules; prepare court documents, contracts, and other transactional documents; Suiting candidates at both the Associate and Senior Associate level, the successful applicant will be required to work on a range of development transactions for a number of private and listed clients, reporting directly into a lead Partner and working autonomously whenever appropriate.
