Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and seamless claims process for our clients. Your key responsibilities include: Registering and managing insurance claims in software systems Communicating with clients, trades, and contractors Organising quotes, documentation, and appointments Supporting the scheduling of inspections and repairs Support teams across Construction, Restorations & Finance Solve challenges and improve processes day-to-day Your calm, clear communication will turn a stressful situation into a smooth, supportive experience.
