Key responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets Drive a luxury customer experience, building genuine connections with each client Oversee daily operations including, but not limited to, stock control, store presentation and visual merchandising Ensure compliance with brand and company policies Collaborate with our Managers and Head Office teams to support marketing, training and reporting needs Play a hands-on role in assisting customers with frame selection and eyewear styling Foster a team culture that’s positive, professional, and up to date with the latest in the optical industry What We’re Looking For Proven Retail experience is essential Optical Experience is preferred but not essential.
