Equipped with brand new Car-O-Liner Full Bench, Car-O-Liner Speed Benches, brand new Car-O-Liner 3 way MIG and Spot Welder, KECO Glue Pulling System, 3M dustless extraction work stations, mini scissor lifts and more. Key Responsibilities: • Panel Beater: Repair and restore vehicle panels to pre-accident condition, ensuring precision and attention to detail. • Assembler: Reassemble vehicles after repair, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational. • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain repair timelines and meet customer expectations. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols and quality standards. • Maintain tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working order. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address challenges and deliver exceptional results. Requirements: • Proven experience in your respective trade within the automotive repair industry. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality. • Familiarity with industry standard tools, equipment and techniques. • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset. • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are a MUST.
