Head to www.instagram.com/franklymydearstore Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their preferences and needs Provide product information, guidance, and advice on different jewellery designs, materials, and gemstones Assist customers and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment Keep up-to-date with current jewellery trends, styles, and industry knowledge Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner Requirements: Previous Retail Experience not necessary Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for fashion trends Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Availability on week days Please include a cover letter outlining your availability and also how many hours minimum or maximum you require.
