The ideal candidate is experienced, committed to excellence, and ready to thrive in a small-team environment with big growth opportunities . Key Responsibilities Maintain and promote a high standard of service , professionalism, and friendly work environment. Understand and comply with Work Health & Safety policies , company procedures, and statutory requirements. Read and work to design plans and technical diagrams . Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and advanced problem-solving skills . Be a reliable, punctual, and accountable team member . Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients on projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Requirements Current Electrical Licence (state-recognised). Minimum 1 year post-licence experience as an electrician. Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Full or Provisional). Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card). Own tools (negotiable). Own vehicle preferred; vehicle allowance provided . Technology and computer literate. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication.
