We're looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our team. This role is paediatric and mobile, working in homes, schools, and community settings. You will: • Deliver therapy activities planned and written by a supervising Speech Pathologist • Support children with speech and language delays, autism, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) • Use therapy resources, visuals, and devices provided for each session • Record observations and feedback for the supervising Speech Pathologist • Enjoy weekly supervision, written session plans, and ongoing mentoring • Have the flexibility to pick your own hours and days Our Approach Team culture and support are at the forefront of what we do. You will never be left guessing, every session is written out step by step, so you can feel confident and focus on delivering the intervention instead of asking yourself questions. Supervision, resources, and check-ins are part of the role, ensuring you always feel supported each step of the way.
