Job summary: Flexible hours available Expected salary: $40 - $50 per hour Duties and Responsibilities Cutting, shaping, trimming, polishing, smoothing and cutting of natural stones (i.e. sandstone, marble, granite, reconstituted stone) and its surface; Using hand tools and power tools as required Measure and ascertain dimensions and materials required. Follow and understand plans and specifications for individual projects. Ensure stone is levelled and properly aligned using measurements in line with plans. Resizing stone to specifications Qualifications & Experiences At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Stonemason and qualification in Stonemasonry essential Experience in working with various stone Excellent communication skills A high level of attention to detail Coordination and practical skills for using trade related tools We would like to take this opportunity to thank all applicants for their interest.
