Your Role & Responsibilities As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality civil works. Your day-to-day will include: Managing engineering documentation, and project planning Overseeing site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders including councils and consultants Promote sustainability using environmental, social and economic measures Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery Leading site meetings and providing clear, concise project updates Preparing cost estimates, claims, and detailed reports for leadership review Always demonstrate and encourage responsible safe work practices, follow HSE policies and procedures and continually look for improvement opportunities Driving continuous improvement and problem-solving across all phases of construction What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction, ideally with subdivision experience Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Project Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities OH&S White Card and a valid Victorian driver’s licence What’s in It for You Competitive salary package Supportive, family-first culture that values your wellbeing and growth Ongoing training and development tailored to your career goals The chance to work on landmark projects that will shape Victoria for generations Ready to take the next step?
