The Role We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. The caseload can be tailored to your interest — generalist across the lifespan or paediatric-focused . Your responsibilities will include: Providing speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments and interventions Delivering therapy in both clinic and community settings (e.g., homes, schools, early learning centres) Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans aligned with NDIS goals Collaborating with families, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS requirements About You We’re looking for someone who is passionate, client-focused, and ready to grow in a supportive team environment.
