The key duties of the position include The Housing and Specialised Services Group is seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to provide support to the Group Head (GH). This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the GH's office by managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating communications, and facilitating the efficient execution of strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted liaison between the GH and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating discretion, initiative, and sound judgment in a dynamic environment. In addition to executive support duties, the role will also undertake secretariat responsibilities for the Child Welfare committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The successful candidate will bring strong governance awareness, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
