About the role As the Engagement Lead, Creative Graphics and Design Specialist , you’ll shape compelling visual and communication materials that support ART’s Advocacy and Impact strategy, strengthen internal engagement, and connect with key audiences including staff, government, and unions. You will work in partnership with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) and People & Culture (P&C) teams, to ensure all visual materials align with ART’s brand, content, identity, and values create and deliver visually compelling solutions across priority campaigns and initiatives. Day to day, you'll: Collaborate with key internal teams to ensure wholistic execution of ART’s strategic campaigns and engaging internal communications content, for key audiences (Internal staff, Government and Unions). Make motion design and video core parts of content and campaigns for key audiences. Create high-quality design and motion graphics for audience campaigns. Turn strategies into effective visual narratives for maximum engagement. Develop innovative concepts to boost storytelling and engagement. Collaborate with consultants and suppliers. Stay updated on design trends and technology. This role is available as a permanent opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Demonstrates creative thinking, leadership, and visual storytelling with experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Figma, Sketch, Canva, web design basics, and HTML/CSS. Skilled in typography, layout, colour theory, and developing content identity. Strong communication, project management, and ability to follow direction and revise designs as needed.
