About the role As an Engagement and Content Specialist , you’ll create and share campaigns focused on internal communication and staff engagement, while also supporting content needs for government and union audiences within ART’s Advocacy and Impact team. You will work collaboratively with People and Culture, Brand Marketing and Communications, and other teams to create content aligned with ART’s values, identity, brand, purpose, and wider enterprise priorities. Day to day, you'll: Develop informative and impactful content that drives staff (and audience) engagement. Produce, film and edit fast paced digital video content. Bring fresh ideas to life using the latest graphic and video techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, meet deadlines and work in a collaborative team. Oversee all management and maintenance of all technical camera and audio equipment. Possess a strong understanding of user behaviours and trends on content platforms such as Viva Engage and influence how content is presented and distributed to different audiences. Establish, build and oversee the ART media library. This role is available as a permanent opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
