About the role: As a Core Practitioner at Northcott, I will deliver Person-Centred Behaviour Support to customers seeking individualised support, working collaboratively with customers, staff, and families using a Positive Behaviour Support approach. This includes supporting Northcott staff in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Person-Centred Behaviour Support strategies and documentation, working within a capacity-building model alongside various stakeholders, and delivering Person-Centred Behaviour Support training as required.
