About the Role: Reporting to the People & Culture Manager , you'll be a key player in delivering smooth and efficient HR operations. From coordinating compliance and credential requirements to managing employee lifecycle processes and providing high-quality administrative support, you'll be the go-to person for accurate, timely, and professional HR service delivery. This role is perfect for someone who loves detail, has a strong compliance mindset, and enjoys being at the heart of a busy and collaborative HR team. What You'll Be Doing: HR Operations & Support : Manage the central HR mailbox and JIRA ticketing system, triaging queries and ensuring timely resolutions. Compliance Management : Oversee employee credential checks (police checks, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, etc.), track expiries, and support audits with accurate documentation. Employee Lifecycle Administration : Prepare employment contracts, letters, and variations; ensure onboarding documentation is complete and up-to-date. Digital File Management : Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring files are compliant, correctly labelled, and audit-ready. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to refine HR processes and contribute to the smooth running of the People & Culture function. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. 3-5 years' experience in HR coordination, administration, or People & Culture support. Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation (Fair Work Act, NES). Experience with the SCHADS Award, Nurses Award, or similar sector compliance frameworks . High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage high volumes of work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR systems, and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Highly regarded : Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability services, or working within offshore/shared services environments. Ready to Apply?
