We’re seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead the full tender process from opportunity to handover. You’ll coordinate tender packages, manage risks, review costs and scopes, and ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and commercially sound. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end bids across modular and construction projects Review designs, programs, and costs to optimise bid outcomes Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to manage risks Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and governance What You’ll Bring: 7 years’ bid management experience in construction or modular sectors Cert IV or trade qualification in Building/Project Management Strong understanding of BCA, Australian Standards & council regulations Proven success delivering complex tenders with precision Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills Benefits: Paid parental leave (primary & secondary caregivers) Subsidised gym memberships & wellbeing program Lead modular projects with autonomy and impact Applications Close: Monday, 16th October
