Role Description We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of School and Tertiary projects within our Education sector. These are new build/upgrade projects worth $40m - $50m. These projects are about to transition into the construction phase, so experience with construction and contract administration is highly sought after. Located in our Sydney office, you’ll be responsible for: Closing out any final design requirements. Engaging with contractors and consultants. Managing the construction/delivery of projects. Fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Overseeing contract management, variations and claims. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Client Side Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer, or similar role. Whilst Education experience is preferred, it’s not essential. State Government experience, contractor or client-side experience will be highly sought after. You’ll also need: Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders. High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with construction and the delivery phase of projects. A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. GC21 contract experience, working with NSW Government contracts is desired (but is not essential). Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
